 | Get dental check-ups and professional cleanings twice a year.

 | Except when chewing, keep your teeth apart. If you catch yourself clenching or grinding your teeth, talk to your dentist about having a splint or
night guard made.

 | If you have an area of your mouth that is difficult to clean, discuss it with your
dentist- there may be some tools that can be used to clean the area better, or treatment may be needed to improve your ability to clean it.
